You cannot cancel physical items or orders at any stage of the order processing. After getting the message of 'Order Dispatched' the delivery partner will be considered duly responsible for initialisation and accomplishment of further processes.

We do not encourage return of physical items or orders after the order processing is accomplished. After getting the message of 'Order Dispatched' the delivery partner will be considered duly responsible for maintenance of the product  quality assured.
